Welcome to the AFPPGMC PSA E-Certificate Ordering Page
This website is dedicated to AFPPGMC pensioners for their PSA certificate requirements for updating their living status with the AFPPGMC. You can request for a PSA birth, marriage, CENOMAR, or death certificate.
All PSA certificates ordered through this page will be delivered straight to the AFPPGMC in electronic certificate (eCert) format. After completing and paying for your PSA request, you will receive an email and SMS notification to inform you that your request has been sent to the AFPPGMC. You can then proceed to the nearest AFPPGMC office and present your order's reference number for your update.
ORDER E-CERTPSA requests made through this portal are for AFPPGMC use only. No hard copy of PSA certificates will be delivered. If you need to apply for a hard copy of your PSA certificate, not for AFPPGMC, click here to place an order.
How to Order:
STEP 1
Click the Order E-cert button
STEP 2
Follow the ordering process. Provide all the correct and complete information and take note of your order's Reference Number
STEP 3
Pay for the order through any of the available payment channels
STEP 4
Wait for the notification when your e-cert has been received by the AFPPGMC and when you may proceed to their office for the updating of living status
STEP 1
Click the Order E-cert button
STEP 2
Follow the ordering process. Provide all the correct and complete information and take note of your order's Reference Number
STEP 3
Pay for the order through any of the available payment channels
STEP 4
You will receive a notification that your e-cert has been delivered to the AFPPGMC.

Log on to www.psahelpline.ph/check-status or click the Check Status button above

Key in your order's Reference Number on the space provided and click the green Check Status button

A screen will show you the current status of your order
