This website is solely dedicated for applicants, enrollees, and employees of the Centro Escolar University - Manila for their PSA certificate requirements. PSA Certificate requests made through this portal are for the use of CEU-Manila only in compliance with student application and CEU-Manila employee requirements.
All PSA Certificates ordered through this portal will be electronically delivered to CEU-Manila. There will be no hard copies of the document to be delivered. After completing the application and payment of your PSA request, you will receive an email and SMS notification to inform you that your request has been delivered to the CEU-Manila.
