Managing your schedule and securing essential PSA certificates just got easier. PSAHelpline.ph, a trusted name in PSA certificate delivery, leads this transformation, offering a seamless and secure process for your PSA online orders. Recognizing that being physically present for a PSA delivery is not always possible, PSAHelpline.ph has introduced the groundbreaking Authorized Person to Receive (APR) feature. This innovative solution ensures that whether you are managing a hectic work schedule, frequently traveling for business or leisure, or residing overseas, your PSA certificate online request can still be fulfilled with ease. By allowing you to designate a trusted individual—be it a family member, colleague, or a representative at your office—this feature provides unparalleled flexibility, enhancing the security and convenience of obtaining your vital documents, from a marriage certificate to a CENOMAR, and ensuring absolute peace of mind.

What is the Authorized Person to Receive feature? It is a flexible and customer-centric solution that gives the applicant the advantage of assigning another person within their household or place of work to receive the delivery of their PSA certificate on their behalf if they are not present or available to do so. It empowers the applicant to address other activities while their PSA online order is being processed and delivered to their address with little to no concern on its release.

PSAHelpline’s service of convenience and security is now further expanded while still ensuring that PSA certificates are delivered in the most efficient and secure way. It is easy to use and is seamlessly integrated within the online ordering process. Below is a step-by-step guide on the whole process of assigning an Authorized Person to Receive.

Assigning an Authorized Person to Receive the requested PSA certificate

After going through the standard ordering and payment process, the applicant receives a secure link through their email where they can assign an Authorized Person to receive their order.

Here are the complete information about the Authorized Person to Receive feature:

  1. The enhanced Authorized Person to Receive (APR) feature can be initiated through the following methods:
    1. APR Email - A link to assign an APR is sent to customers via email after payment confirmation.
    2. APR Offer Post-Payment - After completing an online or real-time payment, a button will appear on the confirmation page, allowing you to assign an APR even if you did not select one initially.
    3. Manual APR assignment in Self Service Portal - You can assign an APR directly from the self-service portal. If an APR has already been assigned and you need to change it, simply click the "REASSIGN" button. Note that reassigning is limited to two times per application/reference number.
  2. After a failed delivery attempt, you can still assign an Authorized Person to Receive (APR) for your application, unless the document has been marked as "Return to Sender."
  3. If you did not pre-assign an Authorized Person to Receive and the PSA delivery failed because you were not present, you can still apply for one through the self-service feature. This option is available only for the following delivery statuses:
    1. Consignee Not In
    2. House/Business Closed
    3. Consignee Not Available
    4. Temporarily Could Not Reach Destination
