PSA Document for Apostillization Ordering Page
Reminders before proceeding:
- All PSA Certificates requested via this platform will be sent directly to the DFA-OCA.
- Upon the payment and fulfillment of your PSA request, you will be notified through email and SMS that your request has been forwarded to the DFA-OCA.
- You will then receive another email notification for further instructions from DFA-OCA regarding your application.
- Email notifications will be sent to the same email address used during your application.
- Payment for PSA document is exclusive of that of the payment for DFA Apostille and the courier service.

How to order paper-based Apostille:
STEP 1
Click 'ORDER PSA CERTIFICATE' button
STEP 2
Follow the ordering process. Provide all the correct and complete information and take note of your order's Reference Number
STEP 3
Pay for the order through any of the available payment channels
STEP 4
Wait for the notifications confirming the receipt of your order by the DFA-OCA and email regarding your application for further instructions.

PSA requests made through this portal are for Apostillization use only. The physical copy of PSA certificates will be delivered directly to DFA-OCA. If you need to apply for a hard copy of your PSA certificate, not for Apostille, click here to place an order.

How to check the status of your order:

Key in your order's Reference Number on the space provided and click the green Check Status button
