This service is for AFPPGMC pensioners who need to update their living status at the AFPPGMC. They may request for their PSA certificates online which will be delivered directly to the AFPPGMC in digital/electronic format (e-certificate).
Birth, marriage, and death e-certificates cost P300 while a CENOMAR e-cert costs P360. The rates are inclusive of service fee for the delivery of the e-certificate to the AFPPGMC.
No. All orders placed through the www.psahelpline.ph/afp page will be sent to the AFPPGMC in digital format (e-cert). If you wish to receive a physical copy of the PSA certificate, you may place a separate order on the www.psahelpline.ph website. You may also request AFP to print a copy of your scanned PSA certificate.
PSAHelpline will send updates on the status of your order. When the document has been scanned and transmitted to AFPPGMC, you will receive an SMS and email notification.
The PSA certificates (birth, marriage, death, and CENOMAR) may also be requested by the owner’s legal spouse, children of legal age, and parents.
You may pay through any of our authorized payment channels such as Visa or Mastercard credit card, GCash, Maya, ShopeePay, or Bayad Online.
Over-the-counter payments are likewise accepted at 7-Eleven branches, Bayad outlets, and at Palawan Pawnshops. Other payment channels available are BancNet ATMs and Dragonpay.
Until a payment is made, the order will not be processed, and no e-cert will be sent to the AFPPGMC.
