PSA Certificate Authorized Person To Receive

How can I assign someone in our household to receive my order?

You can assign an adult member of your household to receive your order.

To do this, select “I want to assign an Authorized Person to Receive the document” in the Order Confirmation page. An email will be sent to your registered e-mail address containing a secure link.

Click on the link to provide your information and any of the following valid government-issued ID: National ID, Philippine Passport, Driver’s License, SSS, or GSIS UMID. It will be validated before you can assign an Authorized Person to Receive.

After a successful validation, you will be asked to provide the following information about your Authorized Person to Receive:

  • Complete name that matches the name reflected in the valid ID
  • Birthday (Reminder: Minors are not allowed)
  • Details of the valid ID

Once done, a letter of authorization will be generated containing your information and the Authorized Person to Receive. If everything is correct, you will be required to sign the letter electronically by clicking the Sign Letter of Authorization button.

A message will show upon successful assignment of the Authorized Person to Receive.

When can I assign someone in our household to receive my order?

After placing an order, we suggest you immediately assign an Authorized Person to Receive just in case you will not be available to personally receive the PSA document/s during delivery. You can do this by clicking "I want to assign an Authorized Person to Receive the document" on the last stage of placing an order. An email will be sent to your registered e-mail address containing a secure link.

Who can I assign to receive my order?

You can assign someone who is at least 18 years old and resides in the same household where your order will be delivered. Please take note that it is important to choose a trustworthy and responsible person to receive the order on your behalf.

How can the authorized person receive my order?

During delivery, your Authorized Person to Receive must prepare and present a valid ID from our list of acceptable IDs to the courier.

Can I still receive my order even if I already authorized someone?

Yes. During delivery, either you or your Authorized Person to Receive may claim the order. Kindly prepare and present a valid ID from our list of acceptable IDs to the courier.

Can I assign someone outside the household to receive my order?

No. Due to the confidentiality of the document and for your security, we only allow assigning an Authorized Person to Receive within the same household.
