However, any of your parents or children of legal age may apply for your Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate and Certificate of No Marriage. For the Death Certificate of your spouse, any of your children of legal age may apply for it. The document will be delivered to the Philippine address, provided it is within the covered delivery areas.

Please disregard the unpaid application and ask any of your parents or children of legal age to apply for your certificate. The person who requested for your cerificate, meaning your parent or child of legal age, is the only one allowed to receive the document during the delivery .
