I have placed an order. Can I authorize someone to receive my order in the Philippines since I am residing abroad?
Yes, you may authorize someone to receive your document on your behalf. Below is the list of requirements.
- Copy of your valid Philippine passport or Foreign passport (if you already acquired foreign citizenship) showing the page with your details, picture, and signature
- Your selfie picture holding your valid passport
- A scanned copy of your signed Letter of Authorization (LOA) and saved as a pdf file. The signature must match the signature in your valid passport or other valid ID. The LOA must contain the following information:
- Specific reason why you need to authorize someone else to receive the PSA certificate you ordered
- Full name of your assigned authorized recipient. Only one name is allowed
- Complete delivery address within the scope of the courier provider of the authorized recipient
- A scanned copy of your authorized recipient's valid government-issued ID
- Send the above requirements to help@psahelpline.ph together with the order Reference Number using your personal email address
- A copy of the LOA should be presented to the courier during the delivery
- The delivery lead time will be extended depending on the submission / completion and validation of the requirements
