I ordered from abroad. Can I authorize someone to receive the order I placed?
Yes, can authorize a trusted person of legal age to receive the document on your behalf at your Philippine address. The authorized person can then send the document to you via international courier or another preferred method.
There are three ways to assign an authorized person:
- First, an email will be sent to your registered email address containing a secure link.
- Second, click on the “Assign Representative” button after a successful online payment has been made.
- Third, click on the Customer Service button from the website to redirect you to the Customer Service portal. Look for the Authorized Person to Receive section and click on the “Assign Authorized Person to Receive” button.
