Bring your valid government ID that matches your name in your application to avoid delay in the release of your document.
For any of the scenarios below, please contact us before claiming your document at (02)87371111 Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, except holidays or send an email to help@psahelpline.ph.
1. With mismatch between the name in the application and valid government ID – you may be required to forward supporting document/s to establish your identity.
2. Applicant is a foreign national - you may be required to send additional requirements for validation.
If your parent or child of legal age is residing in the Philippines, he / she can apply for your document and claim it at your preferred National Bookstore branch.
If you have already placed an order, please send us an email at help@psahelpline.ph with Subject Line: Inquiry on RP Abroad Requirements and Reference Number before sending your representative to claim your order. We will send the requirements to your email address.
Please be advised that the release of your document/s will depend on the validation of the requirements you have submitted.
We will retrieve your document from the NBS branch, and we will return it to the PSA. Your payment will be forfeited.
However, you may send an email request for an extension citing the reason to help@psahelpline.ph with your reference number.
