Before submitting your application, make sure to check the option that says, "I will assign someone and accomplish the online LOA."

Once your payment goes through, you can start accomplishing your online Letter of Authorization (LOA). Follow these simple steps:

1. Identity Verification: Be ready to upload a clear photo of your valid ID and take a quick live selfie following the on-screen guidelines.

2. Assign Someone to Receive your Order: After the system verifies your identity, simply enter your chosen representative's full name and date of birth—just make sure they are of legal age and will be at your registered delivery address when the order arrives.

As soon as you submit the form, you will get a confirmation letting you know everything is successfully set up!
